My Classmates Used Me To Do Their Homework
My Classmates Used Me To Do Their Homework

by ACTUALLY HAP...

★ Subscribe ACTUALLY HAPPENED https://bit.ly/2J5HP7j This is Clara, and this is a story about how she learned to say “no” to people! Clara had always been a hard-working student. Her classmates knew this well, and they frequently asked for her help. She didn’t mind doing so – in fact she was happy to! Sometimes they asked to copy her homework or help with a test, and she said yes, because she always thought that you should help your friends. The only problem was that they didn’t see her as their friend! Her class had several groups of friends who regularly hung out together, but none of them even invited her to meet up with them. And even if they organized a big party, they usually “forgot” to invite her. Understandably, this bothered Clara, because at school at least half of her classmates asked her to help them one way or another during the day. As soon as they’d finished, however, they were gone – and didn’t even want to talk to her. And then when a group project came along, everybody would try to be in the same group with her but they wouldn’t do anything for the project, letting her to do everything but still getting a good grade. She still kept on helping them though, because she thought that one day they would see just how useful she was to them and never said “no”, but that day never came. In fact, the opposite happened – her classmates noticed and talked to her less and less. Clara then thought to herself, “Maybe if I politely explain my point of view, they’ll understand!” So the next time the most popular guy in her class, Jack, asked her to do his homework for him, she said “hey Jack, I think you should try doing it yourself, because I don’t have time for it today.” She thought it would work, but he started trying to force her to do his homework for him by saying things like “come on, Clara, don’t be like that, we’re friends, right?” She wanted to say no, but instead, she ended up doing his homework for him. She desperately wanted to stand up to them, she couldn’t go to a teacher, because that would mean she was a snitch. So she kept on doing tasks for them. One day, they had a group assignment to do, and of course, Jack was the first to raise his hand to be with her – and Clara, again, couldn’t say no. It seemed that Jack assumed she would just do everything herself, so he didn’t even bother to talk to her about the assignment. But this time she really didn’t want to do all of the work, because she had a lot of other assignments, and well...it was meant to be done by two! So she texted Jack, because it was easier than talking to him in person. She said that he should do 50 percent of the work because she wouldn’t be able to do it alone. He texted “ok”, and she was happy. But it turned out to be all a lie, because the next day he came up to her and said “hey, I’ve been really busy lately and I can’t work on the project, can you help?” At first I said “Jack, I'm also busy...”, but he kept saying “please, please” every time she objected, so she agreed. AGAIN! Then, the next Friday evening, she saw Jack’s photos from social media, and he had been partying! And by that time she had already done her half of the project, and they had to present it by Tuesday, so she wrote to Jack that it was unfair to her and that he should finish his half. She then sent him what she had already done. He read the message but didn’t answer. Monday came, and Jack told her: “sorry, I didn’t have any time to do the project, can you do it?” She really wanted to say yes, but she controlled herself and finally said “no”. He started to say that she had promised and that it wasn’t fair, and though it was scary, she managed to say “no” again! He then got angry and insulted her, but she just kept saying “no”. In the end, he said “you know that we’ll fail the project if you don’t do it?”, and she just said “yes”. Then when he walked away, he said once more that she ought to do it. Tuesday came, and Clara hadn’t done Jack’s half out of principle, though he was really sure she had – although she didn’t understand why, because she had said “no” to him multiple times! She presented her half and Jack was sitting there, getting a bit nervous. She then said “now it’s Jack’s turn”. He got up to present, made a few sounds like “uhm...mmm…”. The teacher was looking at him, very annoyed, and some classmates who didn’t like Jack giggled. They got a bad grade, but it was worth it, because Clara had finally stood up for herself and learned to say “no”. Jack was super angry at her, but some other guys and girls actually came to her and said that it was kinda cool (they realized she’d done it on purpose). It turned out that a lot of people disliked Jack, because he was very pushy and full of himself. After that, it was a bit easier to say “no” to others. She still helps those who appreciate it, but never people who treat her without any respect! Music by Epidemic Sound: https://www.epidemicsound.com

My Mother Left Me With A Baby my Sister In My Arms
My Mother Left Me With A Baby my Sister In My Arms

by Teen Stories

Hey! Today Stacy want to tell you a story how she became a mum for my little sister when she was 18. I didn’t have a very happy childhood. I never knew my father and my mother was a conductor on a sleeper train. So we rarely spent time together. My grandma was bringing me up. But she was too old and sometimes she couldn’t even play with me. Grandma didn’t like my mother's job. Besides, she didn’t like that my mum was searching for a husband at the weekend instead of spending her time with the daughter. I loved my mother, but for me she was something like Santa – seems like she exists but it’s impossible to catch her. I cannot say I suffered a lot because of parents’ absence. When my grandma wasn’t arguing with my mum, she was very nice. My friends helped me not to feel lonely. Moreover, I got a favourite hobby from my grandma – I really loved knitting. When me and granny were free from the housework, we were knitting socks, booties and all kinds of scarves. Then grandma sold it in the market and we earned a living. There were not much money in my family, as you can guess. Of course, my mum added something, but the main income came from the knitting. We didn’t have time to get bored and suffer. When the school had started, I had less free time. Beside everyday housework and knitting there was also school homework. So, granny taught me to be responsible and follow the daily routine. I don't know if it was right but adults thought I was a perfect kid. When I was 14, my mother suddenly came back home with a screaming envelope. She said the baby's father had left her, and she couldn't cope with this burden. The tiny kid (it was a girl) became our care and responsibility. Of course, no one asked us – we were just pinned down to facts. My grandma and I sighed, bit the bullet and started to raise my sister. My mother ceased to appear in my life at all. A small kid is a real nightmare. Granny and I stayed up all night. We bought tons of kids’ mixes and al-ways carry the baby on our arms as she was constantly crying. Then there were lines in the hospital, teething and other «pleasures» of having a baby at home. And on top of that - I was only 14, and my granny was well over her 80s. We were far from being good nannies. At that time I was mostly afraid that my granny would not survive the stress and die. It was my biggest nightmare – being left alone with a baby. Honestly, sometimes I thought it would be better for me just to stay in a boarding school. At least you can normally eat and sleep there. Then the girl grew up and it became much easier. She was very funny, active and smart - so messing with her was a real pleasure. I taught her to read, write, draw and all the stuff a small kid needs. Then I found some part-time job and I started buying toys, clothes and sweets for my sister on my pocket money. All in all, we went on our daily life. My little sister shared all her problems with me, and I was really happy. We had our own wonderful world where there was no place for anyone else. Still, there was also our grandma, but when I was 17 she was too weak and could not help us anymore. I had to get on my own. I went working instead of continuing my studies after school. I was lucky - a small company offered me a job as a personal assistant, even though I had no experience and higher education. They didn’t make me any indecent hints. Of course, the salary was small but we had enough. My sister went to a kinder-garten and my grandma lied in bed most of the time, but she held on. Things became perfect. But our fairytale came to an end when I was 18. My grandma died in sleepping. She passed away quickly with no pain. We buried her and now there were just the two of us. Yeah, things became harder without grandma, but we held on. Until my mother came back. She arrived a month later after grandma's funeral. And she demanded we get out of her apartment. Luckily, it was my working day and my sister was in the kindergarten. I was afraid my mother would have scared the kid. Later I just showed her the document stating that I was the only grandma's succes-sor. Besides, my grandma re-registered the apartment to me when I was very small. Mum had to go away. Then she decided to do the other way. She went up to my sister and told her that I was a bad daughter not letting the mummy in. But the kid said that I was her real mum. I cannot describe my feelings at that moment. It was pride, and love, and a whole range of just inde-scribable emotions. Yes, I'm just 18, I have a whole life ahead, but my whole life is my little sister. And I would face all the obstacles standing in our way.

I BUILT A Huge LEGO CITY Because Of My Disease
I BUILT A Huge LEGO CITY Because Of My Disease

by Teen Stories

Hey friends! Today Eveline want to share with you her story on how she created a huge city of LEGO! I have a very unpleasant disease - OCD or obsessive-compulsive disorder. It means it’s vitally important for me to repeat some actions. When I was very little I would get hysterical when someone moved my toys or even touched my things. The doctor advised my mom to find me a hobby to stop disease progressing. Hobbies are the best way to deal with such things as they make people concentrate on one thing. My mom gave me a set of LEGO as it develops motor skills. So when I was 3 I could spend hours con-necting cubes to get exactly the same tower as in the picture. But mom didn't mind. Although the sets were quite expensive, we were a wealthy family. At least, we always bought the original ones and not cheap Chinese imitations. By the way, some sets were not in-tended for kids. But my mother was not confused as I could not even think of putting details in the nose or in the mouth because of my illness. Practically, I was a perfect kid. I was just sitting, rustling with cubes, did not get naughty, didn’t throw things. Bit it is was not my nature, it was a disease. When I was 12, we moved to a house from a flat. My mum made me a gorgeous gift – she prepared a small room for my LEGO passion. Together we ordered a huge table that occupied almost the entire room. I got a new goal. I knew what I wanted. I started building a city. I have collected more than enough sets for years. I spent all my spare time on the construction. For a start, I outlined houses location, shops, neighborhoods, streets. I was allowed to draw right on the table. Then I started construction. Slowly, but surely residential areas grew. Sometimes I went beyond the project and built mountains or forests. So, there was a pond, a small riv-er, and a castle on the hill in my city. It became a whole legend. I didn't build as much as I played. I in-vented characters, made stories, played out some scenes. It was so cool! I finally decided to put my sto-ries in a book. I'm 17 now. My books are a success, they interview me and shoot me and my city on video. Those who haven't read my books know me as the girl who built one of the biggest LEGO cities. I was even invited to the LEGO factory, and I looked at the process of creating my favorite toys from the inside. This is how my mother and my doctor, without knowing it, brought up a creative person from a sick girl. Write in the comments about your hobbies. Read books and create your own worlds! Because some-times leaving reality can help you find your place in it.

I Saw My BROTHER Die With MY OWN EYES
I Saw My BROTHER Die With MY OWN EYES

by Teen Stories

Hello, friends. Today Tina want to share with youher tragedy that split her life and my family. "This story happened more than 10 years ago. But I still remember it as vividly as now. That time some people collected colored metal and aluminum and sold it to get money. Some of them earned a lot and even made a fortune. Of course, easy money always attracts a lot of people. I was 10, my brother was 18, and we were going through a difficult period in our family. My dad was constantly drinking. My mom never worked. She couldn’t even get the cleaner job. And we were hungry every day. So, we sometimes stole something from the supermarkets, like candies or fruit. This period was even harder for my brother, as he was a young man who wanted to hang out with his friends and invite girls to the cinema on a date… but we all needed money, so he tried to earn it. One day my brother remembered that our dad brought from work a coil of copper wire. We didn’t know why he needed it. My brother heard of some guys who were buying colored metals for a good price. So, he took the coil and got a good sum of money. It was enough for us for a week. That's how it all started. My brother began to collect metal wherever it was possible. He saw it was very easy money. He searched in the trashcans, he spent days in junkyards and he was constantly running on the blade as there were a lot of other guys wanting to get colored metals. However the money started coming to our family and that was important. But I didn’t understand one thing… Why did my mom support my brother? Because of greed? I didn’t know. The largest amount of colored metals and aluminum is in wires. Just in typical wires of any power line. Of course, they are under high voltage. But if you knew the time and the place when they are de-energized, you could cut them off, sell and make a big bunch of money. Honestly, even when I was 10 this idea was crazy for me. But my brother somehow was caught by it. He did not dare for such an experiment with wires for a long time. Because there was still enough metal on the abandoned factories and junkyards. But when it got really hard to find something, he remembered about electrical wires. Our dad was a good welder…. Well, when he was not drunk. People often offered him some part-time jobs, including working on power lines. So, we had all the necessary equipment – a grappler, stairs and special tools. Maybe if they weren’t just right under our nose, it wouldn't have happened... Well, I even started believing in fate. My brother learned about the de-energized power lines from a railway station worker. One of the power lines was not far from our house, so my brother decided to start with it. Mom and I stayed on the ground when he was climbing up. We were like a moral support. He climbed easily, and he perfectly cut the first wire. But then he cried like hell. The smell of burnt meat filled the air and my dead brother was stuck to the wires. It turned out that not all the wires on the line were de-energized… Later the police and investigators arrived. Literally, my brother was scraped off the wires. His hands stuck so hard that the criminalists had to tear them in pieces, and then clean out with special tools. I saw it all with my own eyes, because no one took me away from there. The doctors arrived and took my mother to the hospital, but I stayed there to watch as my older, beloved brother being scraped off the wires. My mom spent most of the year in the mental health clinic after this accident. My dad stopped drinking, and I can not eat meat at all. I always smell the burning flesh in the roast meat. I try to stay away from all the electricity. I don’t even have a computer or some other electronic gadgets. Some of my friends who don’t know this story laugh at me and think I am an outsider. They give me some nicknames. But those who know - aways support me".

My name is Ann, and I`m 16 years old. I have a story that taught me that relationships between men and women are not that simple. This is how I found out that my mother cheated on my dad, and he knew about it. I`ll start from the beginning. Recently my little sister was born, and our life changed. I had no idea that raising a child was so expensive! All those diapers, toys, strollers... Dad used to be a freelancer and he made enough money to support all of us, but now mom had to find a job, too. So she became a realtor – she`s selling real estate. And that's how we began to live - dad works at home and babysits my little sister, I`m trying to help with everything I can, and mom rides around the city all day and shows people houses. At first I was angry with my mother for spending too much time at work. Besides, the commissions she received were very small. But then I accepted it. After all, she was trying to make money for our family. And everything was OK until one moment. I had a dance at school, and we agreed that mom would pick me up that evening. And guess what? All my friends had been picked up by their parents and my mom was still nowhere to be found, and she also wasn't answering her phone. I stood outside for almost an hour! And then this big black jeep drove up, the window opened, my mother looked out, and told me to get in and sit down. When I got into the car, I saw an unfamiliar man sitting behind the wheel. The whole way my mother talked to him quietly and giggled. I thought, "she`s trying to be polite, `cause this man was giving us a ride," but then I noticed a very important detail – she wasn`t wearing her wedding ring. So what is happening here? Who is this guy, and what kind of relationship does he have with my mother? When we arrived and got out of the car I asked my mom who that was. She said to ignore him, that he was just her colleague. Ignore? You flirt with another man while dad's sitting at home and I'm supposed to ignore it? I decided to ask her about it at dinner in front of my dad, so he could hear it all. I started from a distance: "Mom, what happened to your car, why did you pick me up in that other one with some random man?" My mother answered: "Oh, something happened to the engine, there was steam coming from the hood in the middle of the road! I had to call the tow truck and to take it to get repaired. Fortunately, my colleague was not far away and agreed to give us a lift." Looks like she's got it covered. I was getting angry, and just asked her straight: "Why aren't you wearing your wedding ring?" It looked like this question put my mother in a very awkward position. She looked at me for a few seconds with annoyance, and replied, "I tried to deal with the car by myself first, and took off my rings to keep them clean." I looked at dad, but it seemed he wasn't even listening. He looked sad and tired. I said, "Dad, what do you think about it?" But then my mother interrupted me, said that dinner was over, and sent me to my room. From that moment on, I began to suspect that the man in the jeep was more than just a colleague. I decided not to tell my father about my suspicions yet. There was no need to upset him if I don't have any clear evidence. The next morning at breakfast there was tension between me and my mom. She even tried to avoid eye contact with me. We just sat in silence. And suddenly her phone rang. She said it was for work and that she had to answer, and went into the bedroom. I knew it wasn't just for work. I wanted to eavesdrop on the conversation and I came up with a brilliant idea. I went to my sister`s room and turned on the baby monitor. It works on both sides, so I could hear their conversation pretty clear. Mom was very nice. I had no doubt she was talking to that «colleague» and I managed to hear a very important detail. She said: «At Rossi`s at 8. Kisses, see you.» Rossi`s is a gorgeous restaurant downtown. So you are going on a date, Mom, huh? Well, I`m definitely going to ruin it! So I got the address and the time of their meeting. I decided to get there half an hour later to catch them in the middle of their date. When I arrived, I saw my mother's car and the jeep of that man who picked me up from the dance. So your car broke down, huh? I was very angry. I went to the window and guess what I saw. My mother and this man having a romantic dinner with candles and wine! I stood there for a minute and suddenly he leaned over to my mother and kissed her! Oh, I couldn`t hold my anger anymore. I ran into the restaurant and started yelling at my mom: "How dare you to do that?! Dad's alone, looking after your baby while you're out on dates?" We look quite similar, both tall with curly black hair, but that’s about the only thing that we have in common. She’s super outgoing and is always the centre of attention at family gatherings, whereas I tend to stick to the side of the room and I guess you could say I’m quiet. She’s obsessed with sports and I’m obsessed with books. Boys are always chasing her, and well, the only boy who talks to me is our little brother Joe. Last summer, our parents decided it would be a fun family bonding experience to go on a road trip through France. We would camp along the way and practice our French and buy fresh baguettes every morning! Jennifer asked if she could bring her bike and I made a trip to the library to stock up on books. When we reached our first campsite, I found a neat little spot between two trees to tie my hammock. Jennifer and Joe headed to the lake for a swim. It felt like paradise! I must have fallen asleep because the next thing I knew there was a strange boy standing next to me grinning. He asked me my name and said he thought I was cute! I almost fell out my hammock. No one has ever told me I’m cute, well no one except my Grandma but that doesn’t count. A boy thought I was cute!! I kept expecting it to be some kind of prank but he kept standing there, and kept grinning and soon I was grinning too. He told me his name was William and asked me if I’d like to take a walk down to the lake. I hesitated but then agreed. Joe and Jennifer were still there so maybe we could all hang out. And I couldn’t wait to see Jennifer’s face when she sees me with a boy! We made small talk as we walked to the lake, and as we got closer I spotted Jennifer. William spotted her too and guessed straight away that it was my sister. We all hung out at the side of the lake and Jennifer kept diving in. She loved to show off, especially in front of boys. William was watching her, but at the same time he reached out to hold my hand. I couldn’t believe a boy was holding my hand!! For the next few days, William and I continued to hang out. We went for walks together, and almost always bumped into my sister whilst she was out cycling. One the last day of our stay at the campsite, he made us a picnic and suggested we eat it down by the lake. I didn’t really want to go there because ever since I’d met William, Jennifer had been teasing me, and I knew she would be at the lake as usual. But William was insistent. When we got there, there she was. And I suddenly felt really strange. William asked my sister to join us. I thought it was going to be a romantic last date, but now she was going to be third wheeling! The whole way through the picnic William only had eyes for my sister, and he kept laughing at every little thing she said. At one point I left to go to the bathroom and when I came back it was like they hadn’t even noticed. I eventually felt tired and said goodnight to William. Jennifer came back to the tent with me, but she seemed quiet. She obviously knew I was upset. We got into our sleeping bags and Jennifer went straight to sleep. I kept tossing and turning and thinking about William. He’d barely even acknowledged me. Just as I was about to fall asleep, I heard two voices outside our tent. I realized it was William and his friend Ben! They were laughing about something and then I heard William saying “oh I was only dating Karen to try and make her sister Jennifer jealous. Jennifer ignored me that first day at the lake, so I figured the best way to get back at her is to date her sister. But what a mistake. Karen is SO boring!” I wanted to climb out of the tent and shout at him, but it didn’t even seem worth it. He certainly wasn’t my boyfriend anymore and he didn’t deserve me! How dare he say I was boring! And to treat me and my sister like that!! He’s the most immature boy I’ve ever met! I told Jennifer about it in the morning and she wasn’t even surprised! She said she figured it out pretty ❀Credits: Music: http://www.epidemicsound.com/ #MyStoryAnimated

🍀 If you would like to get your story animated, send it to this email address - [email protected] 🍀 Subscribe My Story http://bit.ly/2Lw5DXB Elina's story is about what it's like to have two heads on their shoulders. Elina's family used to live in a small village where everyone knew each other. It was the kind of an open community where neighbors just go around and walk in to have a cuppa, and nobody keeps any secrets. Her parents were happy farming and gardening but one thing clouded their happiness: they couldn't conceive a child. Some people even said there was a curse on them. The doctors who examined them said it was too early to be concerned. But Mom wanted their life to be perfect. She went to local wise women, who performed rituals to help her conceive. Dad didn't really approve but he tried to keep an open mind. Eventually, Mom told him the awesome news: she was finally expecting a baby! Dad was overjoyed. As they prepared for Elina's birth, they arranged a bedroom for her, bought a shiny new crib and tons of fancy little things. Finally, Mom went to the hospital for her labor. Dad was beyond himself with excitement. He was pacing the hallway waiting for a baby to cry behind the closed doors. As soon as he heard it, he ran up the stairs, only to overhear a nurse saying she had never seen a child like this. Dad banged on the door and demanded to see the newborn. As he bent over the child, his face was twisted with horror. He expected to see anything but that! A two-headed creature lay before his eyes. Each of its heads was making a squeaking noise, and a third arm growing out of its chest was making grasping movements. Dad went white in the face and he yelled at Mom that her wise women with their rituals were to blame. Mom never saw him again. The two sisters named Elina got along well enough with just one body to share. The doctors offered Mom to remove one of the heads but she said that was murder. She gave them one name and took them back to the empty house. They did remove Elina's third arm at birth as it wasn't really functional. So the sisters had two arms, two legs, and a perfectly working set of internal organs. They led a normal life, even if they were the talk of the village. Mom refused to admit there were two of them and she'd just call them "Daughter" or "Elina", singular. Elina never really argued with her even though they never doubted they weren't the same person. Occasionally, the sisters couldn't agree on something or wanted to do different things. One of them likes drawing and the other one loves music. So they'd set up a schedule. They had no choice but to tolerate each other. People admired their paintings and their original music was the accompaniment for every school event. Elina's art teacher arranged exhibitions in the nearest big city, where their paintings found buyers. Elina's music teacher recorded CDs with their compositions, which made great gifts for their friends and family. You're probably wondering whether the sisters knew love. The answer is yes! Except their preferences didn't match. The sisters kept falling for different boys. They'd fight and one of them would always end up in tears. Mom would come into Elina's room to console them. She'd say: "My girl, you have to make peace with yourself. If your thoughts happen to dwell in two different heads, you just have to wait for them to align. Don't rush it! Surely you'll find your heart's desire and be happy one day." So one day, Elina met their former classmate at a local cafe. George went away to live in the city when they were still in school. He was so happy to see the sisters he gave each of them a peck on the cheek. They went for a walk in the park and they discussed his city life for hours. George said he never forgot Elina and he'd wanted to reconnect for a while. Nightfall caught them by surprise. When the sisters got home, they spent the night discussing their date and sharing their thoughts. That was how Elina started dating George. The summer went by. After Elina's boyfriend went back to the city, they were depressed. They were worried George would never come back to them. Every night, the sisters would turn their heads in opposite directions and cry themselves to sleep – quietly so Mom wouldn't hear. They felt it was their only opportunity for happiness, the first and only time they fell for the same person. One afternoon, there was a car at Elina's gate. The man they loved got out of the car and ran to the door. Elina threw their arms around his neck. George reached into his pocket and produced two little boxes with two wedding rings. That was how Mom finally had to admit Elina was two different people. The sisters are married women now. Their husband says he could never beat the two of them in an argument. He loves them both equally. Elina would like to say everyone has the right to be happy. You just have to have faith in yourself and never lose hope. #MyStory
